The Project Team

The members of the One Word Project creative team include the following individuals:

  • Arlene Brown, Associate Director

    Arlene has been with the One Word Project since 2014 and serves as the advisor to the team.

  • Matthew Monges, One Word Coordinator Class of 2019

    Matthew is the coordinator of the One Word Project and a first year graduate student in the Masters of Student Affairs program at Pacific. He is originally from Santa Cruz, California.

  • Jonas Sung, Artistic Director Class of 2018

    Jonas is originally from Fremont, California and is currently finishing his double major in Bioengineering and Engineering Management at Pacific. He has several years of experience with One Word and is a master at taking the perfect shot!

  • Praji Prasana, One Word Photographer Class of 2018

    Praji is originally from San Jose, California and is a Graphic Design & Studio Art major graduating in 2018! She is one of two returning photographers making her additional experience extremely valuable to our team.

  • Chris Cannon, One Word Photographer Class of 2018

    Chris is originally from Stockton, California and has been highly involved in the community throughout his entire duration at Pacific. Today, Chris is a second year graduate student getting his masters in Communication. Chris is a phenomenal photographer who even has his own photography business.

  • Jason Millner, One Word Photographer Class of 2020

    Jason is originally from Lathrop, California and is pursuing a bachelors in Fine Arts here at Pacific. He is a member of Circle K on campus and is currently a first year photographer for the One Word Project!

  • Desiree Orque, One Word Photographer Class of 2019

    Desiree is a double major in Global Development and Cultural Change and Graphic Design and is originally from Daly City, California. On campus, she is also a part of Rho Delta Chi, Servility, and Kilusan!
