There is a poem by Robert Frost entitled "Nothing Gold Can Stay". It expresses the idea that over time all things pure or untainted will eventually become corrupted or affected. I pride myself on having maintained the essence of who I am over the years. I am firm in my beliefs and follow uncompromising ideology. They say "nothing gold can stay"... well, I'm still here.
