Mensch

Jessie Kravit
Class of 2013
DDS

Mensch is Yiddish for a person of integrity and honor. My mother has called me a mensch for as long as I can remember, but I have never fully agreed with the nickname. Instead, I try to live my life admirably and responsibly. Hopefully, one day, I’ll be worthy of being described as such a noble person. Or, as my mom would say, “as a real mensch”.
